What if the ads don't work?

We only take on installers we're confident we can get results for, and we're upfront that the first month is a learning phase while the algorithm finds your best audience. If you're on pay-per-install, you're only paying when we actually book you a completed install - so the risk sits with us, not you. On a retainer, we're constantly optimising and you'll see exactly what's working through your reporting.

Why is there a setup fee on pay-per-install?

The setup fee covers your first professional video shoot and the full campaign build - the upfront work that gets everything live. Because pay-per-install means we only earn once we deliver an install, the setup fee covers our costs to get you started. If you'd rather avoid a setup fee, the monthly retainer rolls everything into one flat cost.

What happens after the first 3 months?

By three months in, we've got real data and proven results. We come back for a second shoot to refresh your creative and keep performance strong. On a retainer, that reshoot is included. On pay-per-install, there's a small fee for the next shoot - or it's the natural point where most installers move onto a retainer, since by then they've seen it works.

Am i locked into a long contract?

No long lock-ins. We'd rather keep you because the results speak for themselves, not because a contract forces you to stay. We'll talk through the specifics on our call, but our whole model is built around proving it works first.

Question 5

What do I need to provide, and how much of my time will this take?

Accepted Answer

Very little of your time. The main thing is a few hours for the initial video shoot - we come to you and handle it all. After that, we run everything: campaigns, creative, optimisation. The one thing we can't do for you is answer your leads quickly, and that's the single biggest factor in your results - so fast follow-up on your end is what makes the whole thing fly.
